interesting question here - posts support a "reason" field when appearing in a feed, but currently only "repost" is supported. what else should it be able to support? baring in mind, it probably should be somewhat constrained, so clients know how to display/translate it

right now it looks like the only supported 'reason' is 'reposted by'. maybe we can bug @dholms.xyz into adding more 👀
