why can't you scroll the feed while the mouse is over the tabs

David Buchananbecause the focus is then over the tabs. If your mouse supports horizontal scrolling, that scrolls the tabs.
2 3David BuchananIt does kinda violate Fitt's law, though - in an ideal world, I think vertical scrolling should still work when the mouse is over the feed list.
