1 1 4JazTbh I’m more excited about launching the v2 AppView. The whole team has been using it for like 3-4 days now and we’re gonna yeet users onto it today. That might be why I woke up at 3AM and can’t fall back asleep lol. 2-3 months of work paying off this week hopefully.

1 11JazIt’s probably today, last bit we gotta do is sync over takedown state from v1 but that shouldn’t take all day. We’ll likely migrate one PDS at a time to watch and let things settle and we’ve got a rollback to v1 mechanism that should give us a safety if we need it.

3JazThis will basically be the thing that proves the federated PDS model with an aggregated global view can actually scale to hundreds of millions of users without being prohibitively expensive and requiring hundreds of millions of dollars to operate. Horizontally scalable, low cost, high perf infra.
