No no no. Not the hardware. You need a software licence for Unity Pro which costs $2000/yr (on top of the $100/yr Apple Developer Tithe) Or you can use SwiftUI but obviously unity is better at 3D

OH whoops, i misread it also looks like Unreal is going to experimental support in 5.4, but only for the VR mode not AR mode (last post in here forums.unrealengine.com/t/support-fo... ) sucks its gated to Unity Pro though :/

That’s good news. Presumable no AR because the AVP takes over part of the rendering pipeline for AR (because apps are not allowed to see the camera feed at all, even for lighting their textures/models)
