Woke up this morning to a 99% complete French translation 🤯 thank you @yanyannoche.bsky.social!! There are now translations underway for Spanish, German, and Brazillian Portuguese as well

I remember from many many years ago that there are very enthusiastic people that love to translate UI's. Seems that is still the case.

25 years ago or so I create a VoiP application that people started to translate. I was baffled to see my app in Georgian script. I bet Japanese looks awesome too!

I felt like this once when I was working on a Bitcoin wallet app - we had something like 30 translations submitted by users, Russian, Arabic, Chinese… 🙂 (doing this in a OS X app back then was insane, the tooling was so bad 😵‍💫)
