was in a meeting early and heard someone talk about bsky.cat and was pretty confused. in retrospect I'm pretty sure they were talking about bsky.chat

Honestly, the current roadmap should be completely scrapped to prioritize bsky.cat, bsky.dog, AND bsky.orca

bsky.chat is NXDOMAIN but it has the same nameservers as bsky.app - does this mean it's your domain?

yep - just using it for the namespace

for complicated historical reasons involving restrictions enforced by pre-gTLD ICANN petitions, bsky.cat is the domain for Bluesky's Catalan translation

also uhh incidentally bsky.dog expires on the 15th, is there someone at Bluesky I can talk to about getting that domain transferred? also I have like twenty of them
