i've watched it more than any of them and i love star wars intensely great movie, sucks it got panned, a maul movie about crimson sun featuring ray parker while he could still do the stunt work was just an idea that was too good for this world

Solo’s biggest problem was its release date, and its second biggest problem was its first 15 minutes. As soon as he’s off Corellia it gets good

Objectively correct ranking: 1. ANH 2. TLJ 3. R1 4. ESB 5. ROTJ 6. Solo 7. ROTS 8. TPM … a long gap… 9. AOTC 10. TFA …another long gap… 11. COCAEA 12. ETBE …the longest gap… 13. Holiday Special 14. TROS

To be honest I probably rank ESB lower because it was the last one of our VHS tapes to wear out and I’m overexposed but ANH and TLJ are the two where literally every time I watch them I appreciate them more.

corelia isn't even that BAD it just doesn't really have any connection to the rest of the movie felt more that it was there out of obligation to a han solo's backstory checklist

I'm a little surprised you rank Last Jedi that high. I loved what it _tried_ to do but not everything came together IMO. Easily the best of the sequel trilogy (by default, it's the only good one) but still a step below. Haven't seen Solo. Rogue One... disagree but fair choice.

acknowledging and fixing previous generation's mistakes is a very core motivation for me and that was basically that movie's thesis even if abrams shit all over it instead of having the sense to yes, and

Yeah, loved what it tried. The B plot with Finn had so much to say but it just didn't congeal with the rest of the movie. 100% agree with you on Abrams.
