the water use of datacenters I find to be a weird angle to take. does anything bad happen to water when you run it through a computer? surely you can just let it cool down and then reuse it?
DC water use isn’t really water cooling like you’d see in a PC, but it’s an open system so the water gets reclaimed (or put back into the water cycle). evaporative coolers and such
yeah water use scaremongering I am always extremely sceptical about because it’s gonna be a drop in the bucket (ha) compared to industrial farming or w/e
