Not on this experiment. But I have never liked this implementation on Threads. Theres something that feels intrusive about the "+" icon off-centered. Maybe an indicator right beneath the PFP (centered) or maybe a highlight might be better. Hmmmm, sounds like a fun exploration.

I played with it a little bit. But maybe something like this? The behavior could be tap the plus to follow, or tap the pfp to go to their profile just like it does today. Might need to do some size adjustments.....

also @samuel.bsky.team I feel like it’s kinda weird for some buttons to have popups like the iOS native one, and some to be the (what I assume is the RN one?) it feels a bit off & mis-matchy idk if this is a limitation of react native tho

the post menu used to be an iOS native menu, we switched off of it because it looked absolutely terrible on Android

I kinda don't see the point? You can just click into the post to hit the follow button, which is the same amount of clicks as this solution
