Itโ€™s totally different from fury road in that the characters and story are featured over the action. The CGI sucks but the movie is great anyway

just saw it, yeah youโ€™re right. Although having also recently just watched Fury Road gotta say the CGI has always looked like that lol

That Furiosa prequel is absolute garbage. Nothing about the lead actress suggests that she could and did grow into the Charlize Theron Furiosa.

Saw it on a normal TV first and didn't really get it. Watched it on the big screen when I bought a projector and it's a different movie, absolutely brilliant.

They shouldnโ€™t release it for TV screens, then. Or they should delete the CGI touches for TV. I thought it looked like shit, frankly, particularly on the drive back to the Citadel. I wondered if it needed scale or the curve of an IMAX screen to make it look like a movie rather than a video game.

Iโ€™ve had my right arm permanently emblazoned with my love for Fury Road aha. And Furiosa is excellent. I think the marketing mightโ€™ve given the impression itโ€™s akin to being a Fury Road II in tone and development but these are two very different experiences; Furiosa more contemplative and paced.
