I need to finish that sometime, I fell off after a few hours due to the repetitive feel. I'm not big on open world stuff typically but I love the setting.

for a little bit. it's an interesting one because you can see where the game could've been truly great versus where it either bowed to corporate pressure or cowardly design still love the dialogue writing as much as the car combat. so, the two great parts

I bought it because it’s currently only $5 and I’ve more watched every Mad Max film in the time since it left Game Pass

I played through the first chapter over a few dozen hours, finding it diverting but never quite gripping. I then unlocked a new area, and the game said "Here's a new region where you can re-do all of that again from scratch with basically no variance!" That was when I quit and uninstalled.

i think this is a pretty good description of it, just depends how much that's engaging to you and/or how bored you are lol
