not an issue per se, I'm just not a fan of the –5 / +15 asymmetry; I feel like 15s is a lot most people (i assume) won't be posting 10min long videos – and if they do, then skipping more than a couple seconds can be done via seeking the bar below imo –5/+5 would be a better option that's my 2¢!

that asymmetry stems from the fact that in React Native it will use Android's built-in video player. Regardless, the limit for videos is 60s.
