I’ve been saying the Cauzin Softstrip is poised for a comeback

sd cards made from the bendable circuitry in foldable screens

thought i was alone; lets lead the siege against cloud storage and embark on the revival of the floppy disk

piqlFilm already did. 120GB on each roughly 1km long roll of film (not magnetic, it's epic QR codes). They even have a service that'll store them in a literal arctic vault for you.

Also, the metal door and spring that protected the disk inside was a great fidget toy. We need more fidget toy storage media.

floppy is non threatening

SD cards are right there

floppy with the storage capacity of a BluRay disc

You can drop it, you can hit it, you can wave it in the air and it still works🤣
