Yeah, no doubt turning even farther to the RIGHT in terms of RESTRICTING our 1st. Amendment rights. I am anything BUT impressed with Bluesky’s ability to model itself EXACTLY LIKE FACEBOOK.

I had that issue with the app opening on the notifications page on my tablet, now fixed so thank you for that. Another issue I have is that searches don't work on the tablet, but they do on my Pixel 7a phone, is that a known issue? Tablet is a Samsung Galaxy Tab A with Android 8.1.0

It used to work, but now flashes up the results screen then goes to accounts or something (the search is for a Mixcloud show listen-along on Wednesday evenings). I don't know how to edit this to be shorter, sorry!

looks like the text field is just focused - can you not just press the enter key on your keyboard?

I just tap the hashtag I want in the recent search list, it does the search, then seems to act as if I've tapped the text field to alter the search, but I haven't touched it. As you say, the keyboard has gone.

They should put a real-time button below the text, so it's much easier to translate the post and maintain the conversation. It's not that difficult to implement; I've done it.

Two things I'm watching for: 1) an edit feature for comments after posting and 2) a significant increase in the character limit for posts (to 600?). And if Bluesky ever adds a messaging feature allowing members to communicate directly with each other, its user numbers and engagement will explode.
