Darrin LoeligerMaybe because the button to open that modal is on the left side of the screen? I could see apple doing something like that

Metaflamehuh, looks like it's just coming from the very left edge of the screen, as if the top left of the sheet was aligned with the bottom left of the screen when fully hidden?
it feels like a super minor thing but you know that people would complain about it lol

Dunno, iOS 26 thing?…

Laney 🦌This isn’t super helpful but - I’ve had some really weird presentation bugs with iOS 26. Even using the `@Namespace` + navigation transition stuff to try to tell the system where the presentation should present out from doesn’t give me the best results. Might just have to wait for bug fixes 🙇♂️

Banda BassottiAre you right handed?
That's just the way your thumb is supposed to move.
Christopher Jr RileyReact Native quirk, maybe?
I've tested it out on various apps and I don't see it coming from the left, so I assume it's a quirk of React Native (unless I'm not looking properly).
1Christopher Jr RileyWait, I just realized you said "UIKit." Derp.
Well I don't know, then. 🤷♂️

Tom ShermanCould still be tbf, I assume this is UIKit wrapped in react native. Probably via expo-ui
