Yes, but only if you have grudge holder or quarrelsome, available in vanilla to dwarves and Scots. Or you equip the book of grudges, which spawns on worldgen for the low king of Überwald. Or you can take the petty or thin-skinned perks, but in that case you get some extra penalties.

It’s good to experiment but I don’t think that’s a good idea. Goes directly against my core belief (even in my bio) to never follow people, only ideas. Trust only builds in person. Implement that idea for the ideas presented in a post and you may be on to something.
