hey @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com - did you see my post regarding your missing invite codes?

Samuel@samuel.fm· 14 Oct 2023

Hey Neil - any chance you’re logged in with an App Password? They recently made a change to disable access to invite codes if you’re not logged in with your main password (in order to stop dodgy clients stealing them)

people who know how the app store works, is this true?

Samuel@samuel.fm· 16 Oct 2023

yeah once you list for preorder, you can't submit another version for review until after you launch. sucks :/

Desktop seems to be doing absolutely terribly compared to mobile - anyone know why that might be? Is that normal?

Just realised new typescript version will let you do this:

switch (true) {
case AppBskyEmbedImages.isView(embed):
return (
<ImagesEmbed images={embed.images} />
)
case AppBskyEmbedExternal.isView(embed):
return (
<ExternalEmbed external={embed.external} />
)
// etc
default:
return null
}
