new website seems to be performing well

Desktop seems to be doing absolutely terribly compared to mobile - anyone know why that might be? Is that normal?

Very atypical, usually performance on mobile is worse (with lighthouse / Pagespeed insights).

what are you testing it with?

Vercel’s Speed Insights

pagespeed insights show it the other way... desktop better than mobile. lol

lol what. Ill investigate later

pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/htt... yeah mobile 79 desktop 94 mainly pointing out the banner is taking too long to load.

Ah maybe I’ll try compressing it
