Yeah, and to clarify "fully enabled" I meant like, no temporary restrictions on what 3rd party PDSes can do etc. (because iiuc they're planning on doing some sort of controlled rollout at first)

Why
yeah, there's no scenario where we just throw the doors entirely open on day one, will want to have some pretty restrictive rate limits at first while we play the first few rounds of cat-and-mouse with malicious actors
