strongly feel in this day and age you should be defaulting to vite+react and only reach for nextjs if you have a specific reason

1 1Lino Le Vanah might be the difference, typically have a separate server. Tanstack does super well for SSR / prefetching. Almost everything I do is now on it. No idea what the fullstack looks like.
