making a little harness-harness/multiplexer-like thing but also it exposes to the user all claude/terminal/etc sessions in the tailscale network on any machine, and ways to do remote control at any time

for mine i did some things different: the shared primitive is the pty content from the server, and it starts terminals with omp/codex/claude that are also loaded with a session-aware MCP, allowing orchestration etc!

it avoids a lot of work and responsibility, coming with its own limitations, tradeoffs but also bonuses

i went the opposite direction - use ACP adaptors to get normalised harness state and build native ui off of that
