I guess it makes sense given the fragmentation of thousands of phones to build for
1 4aliceas a rule most app devs first build for the iphone. that influences like, a lot of these. and on the iphone there is more of a, ah, culture around making good apps
2 11Roscoe Rubin-Rottenbergstill, I think the fact that android has ~500 phone releases per year compared to 4 new iPhones per year makes it exponentially worse
